Stainless Steel Roof Lifeline
Fixed over the sheets, without piercing the roof
A spider-type system, entirely in stainless steel, fixed over trapezoidal, standing-seam, galvanized or kalhetão roof sheets. The roof's watertightness is preserved and the risk of future leaks is eliminated.

Protecting whoever climbs the roof without compromising it
Roof maintenance, gutter cleaning, exhaust inspection and solar panel installation put workers on fragile, sloped surfaces without anchor points. Improvised solutions create a second liability: systems that pierce the sheet compromise watertightness and generate leaks, corrosion and warranty disputes with the roof manufacturer.
Without an engineering solution, the manager trades one risk for another: protect the worker by drilling the roof, or preserve the roof by leaving the worker unprotected.
Risk of fatal fall
A fragile, sloped surface without engineered anchorage is the classic scenario of a fall with fatal consequences in roof work.
Regulatory and labor risk
NR-35 requires a dimensioned, documented fall protection system for any work above 2 meters. Roof access without engineered anchorage exposes the company to fines, work embargoes and liability in case of an accident.
Asset risk
Drilling the roof to install anchors transfers the safety problem to the asset's integrity. Every hole is a potential leak point for decades to come.
A spider-type lifeline fixed over the sheets
Anchor designs and installs roof lifelines fixed over the sheets, with no need to pierce them and no access required from under the roof, which simplifies installation and eliminates interference with the operation below.
All-stainless-steel construction
Spider fixing plates, cables and components in stainless steel, with corrosion resistance matching the roof's service life, even in aggressive industrial environments.
Watertightness preserved by design
The spider geometry distributes loads over the sheet without through-drilling. The roof keeps its sealing function intact and the system prevents future leaks.
Energy absorber and tension indicator
The absorber limits the loads transmitted to the structure and the user in case of a fall. The tension indicator allows visual verification of cable pre-tensioning during periodic inspections.
Tested in our own laboratory
Before reaching your roof, the solution is tested at Anchor's own laboratory. Anchor is the only company in Brazil that field-tests every solution it uses.

Frequently asked questions
Does installation require drilling or piercing the roof sheets?
No. The spider-type system is fixed over the sheets, with no through-drilling, preserving the roof's watertightness. Installation also requires no access from under the roof, avoiding interference with plant operations.
Does the system work on any sheet type?
The solution was developed for trapezoidal and standing-seam sheets, and is also applied to galvanized and kalhetão profiles. Anchor's field survey evaluates the profile, condition and supporting structure of your roof before defining the project configuration.
How do I know the system will withstand a real fall?
The solution is tested at Anchor's own laboratory and incorporates an energy absorber that limits the loads transmitted to the structure and the user. The integrated tension indicator allows visual verification of the system's condition during periodic inspections.
Who performs the periodic inspection after installation?
Anchor itself. Our engineering team performs inspection and validation of lifeline systems across the entire Brazilian territory, including existing systems installed by third parties.
